Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 25, 2026 • Application: Simple Health Export (com.jjmpinc.AppleHealthExport)
These Terms are between you and JJMP Inc. for the Simple Health Export app and health.jjmpinc.com. The App exports Apple Health data on your device into files you keep, and can upload those files to your own Google Drive if you connect it. By using the App or this Website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use them.
As-Is; No Warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App, the Website, and all exports are provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory. JJMP Inc. disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty of accuracy, completeness, security, or availability. Where the law does not allow a warranty disclaimer, it applies only to the extent permitted.
No Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JJMP Inc. has no liability for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, the Website, or any export. That includes direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, and punitive damages, and any loss of data, profits, or health or fitness outcomes, under any legal theory, even if advised of the possibility.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Where the law forbids excluding liability, that liability is limited to the minimum the law allows.
Other Terms
If you download the App from the App Store, Apple's terms also apply. If you connect Google Drive, Google's terms also apply. JJMP Inc. is not responsible for Apple or Google services. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page; continued use after the new effective date means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Washington State have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law does not allow that limit.
